1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on sp777, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing sp777.
• You are registering an account for personal use only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an sp777 account closed or suspended for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a sp777 employee or an immediate family member of one.

Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email, device, payment method, or household — may be permanently closed without prior notice and any balance held may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been closed in error, contact support through the platform.

During registration and as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sp777 username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. sp777 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

sp777 staff will never ask you for your full password or your OTP code via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately. Change your password without delay if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on sp777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals — your balance is always held and displayed in PHP.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted channels include Philippine online and mobile banking, InstaPay, PESONet, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. sp777 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for funding your account.

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment accounts in the same name as the registered sp777 account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved. sp777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the withdrawal process in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

sp777 is not responsible for delays caused by Philippine banking systems, payment processors, or e-wallet providers once a withdrawal has been approved on the platform side.

4 Gameplay, Bets, and Game Rules

All games available in the sp777 Game Lobby — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, eBingo, and online poker — are subject to individual game rules displayed at the point of play. By placing a wager or joining a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that game type.

Once a bet is confirmed by the sp777 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game or bet placement, sp777 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly — but cannot guarantee that partially played rounds or disconnected sessions will be restored. Decisions made by sp777 on disputed rounds are final.

sp777 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it is reasonably determined that the outcome was affected by software malfunction, data error, manipulation, or collusion. Winnings derived from voided games will not be credited to player accounts.

The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on sp777 is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

5 Promotions and Bonuses

sp777 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed alongside the promotion when it is offered. General platform terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

Bonuses are issued in good faith for legitimate use by individual players. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or placing offsetting bets — constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

sp777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical error or evidence of abuse. Changes to active promotions will be communicated through the platform where practical.

6 Responsible Gaming

sp777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is for entertainment purposes only. Gambling outcomes are not predictable, guaranteed, or a reliable source of income. You must be 21 or older to use sp777, and you should only wager amounts you are comfortable losing.

Every sp777 account has access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard. We encourage all players to use them proactively, not only when problems arise.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

sp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity on the platform
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits made to the account
• Use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age
• Any activity that sp777 reasonably believes to be illegal under Philippine law

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Balances determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will not be returned. Legitimate remaining balances following a non-breach closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8 Amendments and Governing Law

sp777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top. For material changes, sp777 will provide reasonable notice through the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of sp777 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, along with any dispute arising from your use of sp777, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled by direct communication with sp777 support will be referred to the appropriate process under the relevant jurisdiction.
